Terms and Conditions & Travel Services Agreement

Effective Date: March 9, 2026

Welcome to Adventure Seven Travel. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website (https://www.adventseven.travel) and the travel services we provide. By accessing this website or booking a trip with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Description of Service

We provide personalized travel planning and booking support and act as an intermediary between Travelers and third-party Suppliers. We may communicate with you via email, phone, or text message regarding inquiries, quotes, itineraries, and bookings.

1. Our Role and Relationship

Adventure Seven Travel acts as an intermediary/independent agent between you (the "Traveler") and third-party Suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, car rentals, etc.). We do not own, manage, or operate these Suppliers.

  • Liability: We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or bankruptcy of any Supplier. Your travel is subject to the specific terms and conditions of each Supplier involved in your itinerary.

2. Bookings, Quotes, and Pricing

  • Quotes: Price quotes are based on current availability and are not guaranteed until a deposit is received and the Supplier confirms the booking.

  • Price Increases: Prices may increase due to fuel surcharges, taxes, or currency fluctuations imposed by Suppliers or governments even after a deposit is paid. You will be notified of any such increases.

  • Invoicing: You agree to review all invoices and itineraries immediately upon receipt. Any errors (names, dates, destinations) must be reported to us within 24 hours.

3. Payments and Cancellations

  • Payments: Payments are generally processed directly by the Supplier. If Adventure Seven Travel handles a payment, it is done as a facilitator.

  • Refunds: All deposits are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by the Supplier. Our service fees are non-refundable.

  • Changes/Cancellations: If you change or cancel a booking, you will be responsible for Supplier-imposed penalties plus an Adventure Seven Travel administrative fee (if applicable). No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

  • Identification: You must provide names exactly as they appear on your government-issued ID or passport. Incorrect names can lead to denied boarding or costly change fees.

  • Documentation: You are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports (valid for 6 months beyond travel), visas, and health/vaccination records.

  • Health and Safety: You confirm that you are medically fit for the activities in your itinerary. We recommend checking travel advisories (e.g., travel.state.gov) before departure.

Passports, Visas, and Health

It is the traveler's sole responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including passports (typically valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates), necessary visas, and any required health certificates or vaccinations. Adventure Seven Travel is not responsible for any consequences arising from missing or invalid documentation.

5. Travel Protection

Strong Recommendation: We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance which may have both insurance benefits and non-insurance travel assistance services. Travel insurance can help protect your from some financial nightmares that can happen on vacation. Travel involves risks, and insurance can protect you against financial loss from:

  • Lost or delayed luggage

  • Trip delays or missed connections

  • Cancellations due to illness or accident

  • Medical expenses during your trip

  • Delays or cancellations caused by weather or natural disasters

  • Travel assistance services‍

  • Medical or legal referrals

  • Emergency hospital admission guarantees

  • Medical evacuation or other emergency help

  • Passport and visa replacement assistance

  • ID and credit recovery assistance

Adventure Seven Travel is not an insurance provider and does not endorse these insurance providers and this information is provided for your information and research. We recommend exploring travel protection options to safeguard your trip. Here are a few providers to get you started:
